Q1: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, weprefer 30% depositbefore producing and the balance paid before/againstdelivery (we accept third party inspection before delivery)

A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only needto pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher than theunit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.

A: For regular customers, who has DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS account can giveus your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For thosecustomers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate theexpress freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly toour company account. Then we will deliver the samples by prepaid.

Q6: How to pay sample charges?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the samplefee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time forsample will be 3-7 working days.
